You can try pt with others who level around you or maybe someone who can help you lvling. Side quest doesnt give decent exp, they are more to Magatama,Recipe,Potions and some golds. If you enter the dungeon, choice suggestion little bit high then your current lvl.

o and btw I have saved every xp boost I have got from lvl 1 and only have 6 100% and don't wanna use them till like 30+ because the xp rate is so bad I will need them way more after 30

so you are saying you have used atleast 10 + exp boosters (if you have done story lines until level 40 + bosses)
yet you struggle to level up in the small sections as level 30 - ?

anyways, focus on your job, your family, if you have any, or your girlfriend, whatever, and simply cherish your life, instead of playing games, since you apparently don't have time to play.

i use around 2 -3 hours everyday on this game and i am level 40 now, no exp bossters used, nothing to aid me, other than daily login bonus.. if i can do it, i am sure you can too. i have a life too, we are renovating house, we are working hard, i myself are working hard with a job, life and such, so any of those excuses are pretty null and void.

when did you begin playing the game? interested into that too.
tldr; this MMo is heavily based on grinding and patience.

You never need to get close to the level requirement for any dungeon, with correct build and gears you can easily one shot stuff 20+ level above you. Those number are just lies

un fucking believable I have done every single side quest and am only lvl 27 and my main mission is fucking lvl 43 the boss insta kills me with any attack..... the xp rate in this game is flat fucking stupid the only way to get decent xp is to pay real money for 400% xp boosters so yet again another good game ruined by pay to win.. fuck you cyberstep you worthless greedy mother fuckers I sincerely regret spending 20 $ dollars on this fucking joke and strongly encourage anyone considering giving any money to this game to not waste your fucking time and don't even get me started on attempting to grind xp anywhere unless you want to spend 2 hours just to get from 26 to 27 plus not only do you need to spend money to get anything good but in your trade markets these greedy fuckers take MORE THEN 40 % of what people pay you for your items.... please for the sake of humanity every member of the cyberstep team should go into the street and commit hari kiri in apology to the people they have screwed over

God forbid you have to put a little bit of hard work and effort into leveling up! Since everyone else already pointed out the exp thing Ima touch on something else that is wrong with this.

You see that part is marked as wrong, since it is only 30% of all sales, not the "OMFGOVER40%" that you say. Math is hard, I know. You sell something for 1C, and you get .70C in return after the tax.
