1. When does the "Buy" selection of wares reset/change? Specifically for the weapons and magatamas, is there a condition that must be met?
2. When does the "Bargain" selection of wares reset?
Weapons and Magatama don't restock unless Miroku's Shop Inventory or Warehouse abilities increase, which will change what is available, removing the old Weapons and Magatama if you didn't buy them. Bargains seem to reset every 6 or 8 hours, though I don't think anyone has bothered to time.

3. Is there a advantage in crafting your weapons, aside from aesthetic reasons?
Higher level weapons can only be obtained through crafting.

30. It costs a ton of durability on any weapon other than the Oni Dagger itself which doesn't lose durability.

7. What skills should used to "carry" Byakkou Cavern and farm Gedomaru Hideout at around ~Lv.30, if at all possible?
I'll assume you're asking about wand skills? Call Lightning, Earth Spike / Glaive, Ice Bolt / Frost Glaive, Darkness Pillar.
8. What Magatama combinations are suggested for use at around level 30? 50? 70?
Affinity at low levels, Skill Force when you can get it.
9. Is 'Evade Warp' a useful skill to have on your wand? Does it make you invulnerable for a split second?
No. And no.

Staffs
10. At what rank do the buffs become an Area of Effect buff instead of single target?
They remain single target. Only Healing and the 3 Ougi are AoE.
11. Why is it that people refer to "Idaten's Grace" as "Skanda"?
Skanda's Grace was the translation for Idaten's Grace in the beta. Idaten is a direct romanization, Skanda is the translation.

Magatama
12. What does it mean by "wastage +30"? Please elaborate and explain fully so that I can grasp the concept.
Durability cost increases by 30%.

13. On the quest completion summary 'popup', Onigiri Coins is displayed beside the Ryou icon, does that mean that there are quests where Onigiri coins is a reward?
None so far, but presumably yes.
14. Is a Name Change possible?
Not that I know of.
15. How is the rate of HP/SP recovery from the status page determined? The values seem high, but the regeneration is very slow.
No idea. They should be directly proportionate to the frequency of recovery ticks, the amounts are tied to Pow and Mnd respectively.

Try Hosuseri Cavern, either it or the recipe drops there. I generally sell my Banana Magatama with broken slots for 19 OC, idk how much blank ones are worth.

It's probably from after Kaga, though I think Miroku can sell it in his bargains.

Correct me if I'm wrong, Skill Evolution at Yoshitsune only raises the skill to IV.

What are the various ways of obtaining a Skill V of your choice?

You can get rank V via smelting, it won't upgrade skills past V. So you can get V but not VI.

Yoshitsune can evolve up to 5.
BTW I'm one of those players who does not have any ougi skills. However all my favorite attacks are at rank 5 and 6 (rank 6 from gatcha skill card) IMO a good way to obtain a weapon with 3 desire skills and all level 5 is by extracting as many Lv 3 and Lv 2 skill that you like. Momotaru currently can extract up to rank 3 skills. The more skill cards you have the higher that chance of you putting the skill you love in 1 weapon. Another thing. You can put 3 the same skill in 1 weapon just have different ranks. Then use skill evolution during smelting to get rank 5s.

Ok so I am tired of everytime I go to Momotaru he never lets me use skill evolve ever, I have plenty of skills with max lvls can someone tell me what the problem is? I have Momo lvled up enough to to rank 4 atleast and yet I can't even evolve a skill from rank 1 to 2 even though it's lvl is maxed out.
