Does it matter what so ever what items come up in the cats eyes during Gatcha roll?

I had one gold roll one time ONLY EVER and it came up w/ gold bars.

Whenever I get ^ symbol its blue garbage

2 of my last rolls were gold bars in cats eyes but I got blue garbage my luck is beyond aweful or Im getting totally ganked.

Can anyone confirm this please,Im very upset

I've gotten Ougi on the ^^ before. Also I don't think knowing will make you any less upset, you can't influence the cat's eyes anyway.

where can i find "Honey" and "Eternal Torch" ?

Honey drops from any of the three Cerberi in Nether Sekigahara, while Eternal Torch drops from the boss of Cave of Nakisawame (Wanyuudou).

Ok so I was told that it didn't matter what army in Seki I joined cause I could go back and kill either boss, well I have finished Seki and I am in Kaga I went back to help someone yet I can only help on the side I joined from before so I can not help kill the other Army's boss for them is there something I am missing here or did someone just Lie to me?

Enter from Nether seki base. So if you took west from your quest and need to help east people, go to Nether East Base and click on the Ungaikyou there.

I know for sure the Well Dungeons in Kaga drop them, as well as dungeons a little higher level than that of Secluded.

Silver Baton is the 6x (usually level 69~ range) staff, correct?

Where is a good place to farm skill levels? Or is it just based off the number of times you use the skill on a mob?
