Heaven and Earth twin swords? Location?

What dungeon carries these?
I have a friend desperate for them and we can't see to find them on wiki TY!

If you mean Earth Ishikiri Sword and Heavenly Ranmagiri Sword:

Heavenly Ranmagiri Sword: Level 37-42. Found in levels in Kyoto like Shinoda Forest, it is Rare so Silver and Gold unidentified weapons may give it more than Bronze.

I don't have anymore Earth Ishikiri Swords on me so I don't have a level range but I think they are around level 26. Found in levels in Izumo like Cave of Nakisawame and Ooikazuchi Cavern, I am pretty sure it is also the same rarity, so Silver and Gold unidentified weapons.
