Your topic make me remember what happened last time when i was enjoying enchant my water bow and i forgot to put button and BOOM! how sad....that was my precious bow with Charge shot V and Exorcist arrow V. Anyway, its random skills, i got Artemis bow with Exorcist Arrow and my Water bow.

It's from Skill Card Set 1, which also contains stuff like Card Captor or Steal. Drops a Friendship Amore if it lands the killing blow.

I got rank V on a great bow, Artemis, failnaught and bought an Amanokako bow that came with it from someone else.

I managed to get some Yuusai, Water Fuedo, Flower, Meteor and Life Bow from Nether Sekigahara but no luck with exorcism arrow any rank.

You could probably try your luck with Skill change or if you can find a weapon with Rank III excorcism arrow, level the skill, make your own cards and just smelt+Skill evolution. Both aren't practical though.

The lowest rank of Exorcist Arrow is V. So you won't be able to get III or IV through those methods.

That sucks then, no luck with Gare, Tachibana and Lightning Tachibana bows yet.
