@Deathy:

I saw the thread you made on 0 durability and watched your video. Honestly that looks like a bug more than anything. Yes for some strange reason with your staff, you were able to do damage with 0 dura weapon. At the same time you missed with those same 0 durability weapons. What exactly are you proving if your analysis only shows you using staff and your -hit & miss- rate isn't consistent? Like I said before looks more like a bug/glitch.

So far from what i've seen the situation you presented in your video HAS NOT happened to anyone else using a a Sword, Oodachi, Spear or a Bow. Thus is more likely a staff glitch.
...1/2 a year later...

If you been reading the forum as much you claim you knew I already done Bow/Twin Sword and they worked the same, and I'm working on a POW, which is a bit more time , cause they don't have the range like Dex does , and so far they reached 0 and have the same stuff happen to them.

If you can't prove something, it best to ask question about it and see if anyone else notice it and see if it was to do something else before stating someone is wrong, is the point I'm trying to say.

Also, when a magatama drop location (such as listed on the wiki) specifies [Dungeon Name] 5 man hell, or 4-5 man hell, does that mean the object only has a chance to drop when in a party? No chance of it dropping in hell mode while solo?

The party size is required to increase the levels of the enemies within the dungeon. If the level of the enemies is below that of the Magatama's level requirement, they shouldn't drop it. Too far above and they might not drop them either.

By level requirement (of the magatama), you mean the minimum level needed to equip it, right?
Also, I didn't realize that parties of multiple players increased the level of the enemies in the dungeon, I thought it just increased the number of enemies.

So, forgive me for being dense, but I want to make sure I understand correctly, with a specific example...

--Inari Magatama

--Requires level 17 to equip

--Random drop from Kishinden 4-5 man hell

--Kishinden Hell lists a suggested level of 21

--I can clear it solo (am level 24), and when I solo it, the enemies are shown as level 21

--If I enter with a 4-5 man party, then the enemies' level will be some appropriate amount higher than 21

--Does this then risk pushing the enemies' level too high so that the chance to drop the level 17 magatama will be reduced?

If I solo this dungeon's hell mode enough, is there a chance of this item to drop? Or do I have to go with a party?

Yeah, I mean the level needed to equip it. You've got it right, although in this case it still seems to drop with 4, or maybe even 5 since I can't remember exactly how many were with me when I got it, people in the party. Should drop solo as you said.

Should I use my stat reset to bring over the points I put in vit into pow? Does it give me enough damage for it to be worth it? >.>

You will have more than enough stat points in the long run, there is no reason to waste a stat reset just to move a few points of Vit into Pow for a few extra dmg and affinity.

It best to use Stat Reset if you had let say around 20 points in bunch of things not needed making you rather weak in the weapon of your choice.

And you find some Vit Maga giving extra bonuses to odachi's so it harmless mate, nothing to worry as she said.

Do you know if when using any lv of spin kick we need to wait the animation to finish to deal the full damage, ie 2 kick's animation and the damage is the instant the kicks lands?
