Artisan Skill Evolution V Completely Broken

I have used this item four times now, and after having had it work the first time, it failed to raise the level of my lowest Skill the next three times in a row.
The Smelts were successful, but every time I used Skill Evolution V, it did absolutely nothing.

I'd advise everyone not to bother paying for this until it's fixed, and it would be *really* nice if my failed uses of it could be fixed as well.

I wouldn't know if it works or not. Every smelt that I've used it on ended up as a smelting failure -_-

Since then, it's happened both times I used it during successful Smelts, the latest on my Maple Spear...


As you can see in both pictures, I don't have a single Level 5 Skill on either weapon...
Next time I try it, I'll take before and after pictures again, just in case it fails for a fourth time in a row...

If your level of your weapon has reached lv. V (five), you can't upgrade it more using Yoshitsune Skill Evolution V. You need to get skill lv. VI/VII, through identifying later at end game (with high friendship level with Princess Shizuka, or from gacha getting skill set cards, or if you're lucky, you can use Momo Skill Evo to evo the skill (very rare).
