How's Cyberstep?

Quick question... or rather asking a favor since I'm quite new here. What's your opinion on Cyberstep? From 5 to "Alaplaya" how would you rate them? ("Alaplaya being the "below zero", of course)
Also, how much does their work make the game better to play/unplayable?

I'd give it an honest 10/5 compared to the crappy service from Alaplaya/P7S1/Aeria. They're trash compared to Cyberstep..very good imo...

i give 10/5 cyberstep is the best for me because they are doing there best to make there game fun and enjoyable like the upcoming event the yukata festival YEY! fireworks

Compared to all the gaming companies I've been through, probably a 5/6 out of 10.
