Well, I have no idea where I'm supposed to post my suggestions so I decided to put it here and hope for the best.
Anyways, World Bosses. They're a thing that's seen in most MMOs. They're basically mobs that linger around the world who usually are scary and make people cry in their sleep but if beaten give quite a lucrative reward. But to even have this around, there's one little change that must be done first.
Whenever two or more players that aren't in a party together attack a single mob, the one that does the last hit always gets the loot and EXP. That at times can be unfair as whoever hits harder/faster wins (as a cleric that hurts me). My 2nd suggestion is that loots are shared to whoever hits the mob, regardless if partied or not (except in dungeons, obviously).
