Dousetsu Magatama

Does anybody know where to find the recipe for this? or where to farm this magatama in specific area/dungeon. answers kindly appreciated

One of my friends got 2 from Secluded Forest (Lucky considering the ridiculously low drop rate)
Although I'm not sure which modes it drops at, I'm pretty sure they drop there.
I'd wanna say either Hard or Hell.
