Suggestion : To Block someone annoying

Would give us a feature to block someone from chatting/whispering with us? This one guy was persistently asking for a girlfriend and when I declined him, he persistently annoyed me

The problem is he is persistent, the only good quality in different and wrong department . Anyway, going to rest for a while

My friend has already told him, but until the block feature is ok. I will ignore him then.
