I am a healer, thank you, even as a healer, I suffer worse exp gain in a group and level much slower and no thanks to the exp rates in this game, I have to be carried just to solo the newer content or suffer immeasurable repetition.

Its not exp rates, its more the problem for healers, like yourself. You dont earn as much as the carrier

It is the exp rates. I'm not a cash shop/p2w buyer and I prefer a enjoyable game without having to be forced to buy from that shop. In the JP version a group was uncommonly needed for all the content(Odin likely the exception), 'cause whenever I got stuck, I simply grinded a bit more and got a few more levels.

I don't know about you, but I like my 25k exp on clear in a full 5-man group in Secluded Forest hell! Ha, sarcasm.

Don't really know what everyone here considers as teamwork. I've seen people leave cooperative undergeared parties in lieu of "we do what we want" properly geared parties.
