after repairing benkei find yoshitsune and lady shizuka and they will give you a quest to go to sekigahara or try checking the portal of sekigahara

i already check the portal (it's closed) and talked to yoshitsune&lady shizuka(just like usual)

hmmm wait try to finish some of the side quest i remember that when you finish repairing benkei you can go now to shinoda finish the side quest of shinoda and you will now need to beat odin

It will work promise when i was in your position i didn't ask any person but i discover it when i finish shinoda and because i'm focusing to finish sheryl quest.
