Kind of a newbie question, but what does the daily login boost increase?
I can assume one of them is ryou gained but I'm not sure about the other two.

No, it does not. In fact, your observation that criticals do more than 2 times normal damage is correct at low damage values. Based off the observations of myself and others, critical damage seems to consist of a flat value and a percentage value, and also seems to have less effect on higher damage values. However, for most attacks, a certain amount of Dex (presumably 100, though not extensively tested) will give you approximately 2 times the normal damage of the skill assuming no other sources of critical force.invitation wrote:Zane wrote:How does the critical stat work? I've tested myself using a bow to a same monster, I noticed my normal attack does ~312 damage after shooting it for ~30 times, then I recorded 20 critical dmgs, they're in descending dmg,

705,
average= 769, assuming the significant frequent critical is from the 2nd row till the last row, there's 84 dmg variance, if I take the mid value from here, 705+84/2= 747,
the critical= 747/312
= 2.394230769x of a normal attack,
if I take the one abnormally high critical to calculate how many x it's of a normal attack, 1,067 dmg, it's 3.419871795x of a normal attack. So otonashi, does this confirm that criticals do 2x normal attack dmg?
They cannot.invitation wrote:Do you know if heals or cures can critical from Dex?
