One of my random ideas

REBIRTH

Behold! for this is my idea for the game , though I don't think it could be implemented since the gm's have enough on their plate, and I've been told they don't really read this, but oh well! I shal continue what I was saying.

So, I got to the content cap, completed the story, and was happy. Now there isn't much to do, besides grind (takes forever to grind and if done for too long you get sick of the game), perfecting equipment (I hate doing because when I decide to grind my equipment quickly becomes outdated and have to start over from scratch wasting millons of ryou on a wepon I probably won't use hardly at all anymore)and helping lower lvls (which is fun and all, but some get too dependent and ask you to help on every quest)

Alright so I will explain my idea for rebirth, it's simple, when you get to a certain lvl I'm guessing above lvl 80, or to lvl 100, you can get an option to rebirth. I think it would be cool to reset your lvl (back to lvl 1, and all status points are taken away whitch means 0) and you get taken back to the tutorial, and you do the whole game over again, but you keep all your items (mags will be un-equiped as well as wepons). but thats not all, it wouldn't be fun to do it all over again to some people, and you lose your stat points too, thats no fun, so when you lvl up now (will be a little harder than normal lvl 1's) you get more status points, and better stats. And to show off how awesome you are for doing rebirth, you can get a gold star next to your name, infront of lvl. (not sure how you can implement it, maybe a random person shows up in onigashima, looking all strange and shady, and you talk to him/her they tell you about rebirth,then they will let you do it)


Here are some pros and cons of this feature

Pros

-you get to use old equipment
-you get more status points
-you get a cool star next to your name
-have fun being a noob again

Cons

-it's harder to lvl up
-you can't equip the items above your lvl (the min lvl on weps still applies)
-you lose all your partners any you (need to re-aquire them)
-affection lvl goes back to zero

This is my idea for the most part, any questions are welcome, and it can be modified, so if you want to add anything feel free to post here.

this idea is sucks and lame for the reason rebirth yah it will back to level but (mags will be un-equiped as well as wepons)??? what the heck are you saying all the items have requirement level if they do that all of us will get a lot of error

At least in Mabi you get to keep most of your stats and stuff, he/she is suggesting a system where you basically restart the game from level 1 xD.

OT: Eh, sounds like too much work for too little reward tbh

If preformed correctly, this feature can actually good for some players. It reminds me of Perfect World International where the exact feature was implemented earlier this year (with the same name), and quite a few players have enjoyed the feature. It can be tedious acquiring the necessary items and completing the necessary quests to be rebirth, though.

I don't think he deserves that kind of response from you though. He's just being open minded about ideas(can't say whether it's unique though), and giving suggestions. And suggestions are never bad enough to deserve hate.

Just my two cents, but your last statement is best suited for yourself.
