Soo...how often does the Hattori Hanzo title ever get vacancies? I suppose very rarely, or never? Anyway, the 200 player cap seems too low, all the favor goes to them early players and no room for the new ones.

Depends on your damage output. If you can clear an entire pack using the skills the weapon has, probably. If you can't, you'll be carrying relatively slowly anyway, and will run out of durability if you take too many skills.

Try Nishidera and Kyoukotsu's Lair Golds for Brionacs or Shinoda Bronzes / Silvers for Byakue Talismans. For lower level wands, try Yomotsuhirasaka instead.

I was in your shoes before. Shinoda Forest wand drop is good, especially the bronze, and sometimes the silver drops. Don't identify the gold one though.
