Can someone tell me how to use a pair ticket?
I heard you were supposed to talk to the person you wanted to take with you in the haunted house but when I was gonna go talk to Miroku, he disappeared after I accepted his quest...

You have to visit a booth with him. In Miroku's case, it'd be the mask booth, very close to where he stood. After that, you'll get a quest to go to the Haunted House.
