Can someone confirm if Cancer Magatama drops in Oonaobi Shrine on hard difficulty?

Hi All!

I FINALLY made level 20 with the help of good friends! Now I'm puzzled what to do! I did the whole materials and crafting Purity Magatama thing by the book, but it won't put on, even though it shows up in my inventory and equipment, but it's ghosted out and there's no way I can find to put it on or turn it on:

Have you checked if you have enough Chakra to put it on? ><

out of curiosity:

for the high level players: can treasure swords be used to smelt weapons like eternal force blizzard (which is lvl 91) ? because if not, i dont see any use to the weapon at all, considering the cost required to forge one of it (hi @ 20 ice stones)

if anyone tried on a 91+ weapon, i would really be thankful for an answer
