Where can i find this Nayuta magatama it is a rank 4+ sword skill force can i find it on quest or dungeons?

Kishinden Hell, Byakkou Hard, the quest that requires you to hand over 2 Cotten Strips to the Daruma in Kumaso Village. Presumably any party size will do, though smaller party sizes will have a higher likelihood of dropping the Nayuta since it does have a lv16 level requirement and the specified dungeons have enemies at lv20+ while solo. You can try dungeons with similar enemy levels as the aforementioned two if you want.
