Can't play...

Nowadays, whenever i log in and start game, it always says" a problem has stop the game" and tell me to close it. But i check my computer, dun have any problem but it still says the same thing... Why??

Just now i notice that my one character is lvl 30 and can't play but my another character can. This happen to some of my friends too. Help pls.
