Resolution problem, can't change to windowed mode

After I press "Start" to load the game, the game loads in a weird position, as if it is being played on a larger display.
As you can see from the screenshot, I can't change the settings to windowed mode. I have tried reinstalling it but no success.
Pls can someone help me?

Try to adjust the resolution in your monitor screen?

Some monitor has automatic adjust feature to the displayed screen. (I tried LG it worked).
