The event is pointless. There is not an fast team.

Hard finding an experienced team that is fast enough to beat 4 minutes:15 seconds. Most teams be like "one must lure monsters" and suddenly fail at the boss room . Event is really pointless there is not an good team that can ace the time less than 4 minutes. If there is an team that is experienced I be happy to join the team to get the mission over with.

If you want a fast team, find the people who already completed the HH on normal or hard.
They usually have a mini ghost already. And they should know how to play their part.

Yeah there is newbie teams at the event who fails poorly time wasting I need an team that is fast not an team that dies suddenly at 2nd floor. Its pointless

If you're still looking for ppl (getting harder to find) you could try the grouping and recruitment forum because chances are that those ppl have at least looked at the forums and know what to do.
