FA (First Aid) 3 heal less than FA 1 or FA 2 ????

why my FA 3 heal less than FA 1 and 2 ? my FA 1 (rank 10) heal for 80 HP , recently i got my hand on staff that had FA 2 and 3 , so i try them , FA 2 (rank 1) heal for 39 HP then when i try FA 3 (rank 1) it only heal for 13 HP ..................... i try level it till rank 8 now , it still heal for 13 HP only , is it a bug ?

If I had to guess, it would be because you don't have enough mnd. Generally, rank I needs 10mnd, rank II needs 20 mnd etc.

really ? my mind is still 20 , but is it staff weapon skill only that work that way ? because other weapon skill (spear , sword , etc) had no problem casting higher lvl skill

Yeah, that only applies to staves.
