update failed to download

ok, so im pretty new to this game, only about a week playing so far, and today when i got home i went to play and the game had to update. ok. so was updating and it got to about 34% and said update failed to download. and its been doing the same thing for about 30 minutes.
i dont know if the game is under maintanence right now or what, but any fixes for this?

All i can say is the maintenance is over, any changes now?

its still not working at all. i have uninstalled and reinstalled and its still stopping and failing to update. im trying agian at reinstalling so all we can do is hope. it gets stuck at the part in game, where in the bottom corner it says downloading update or something. thats when it stops working
