Unofficial Mac OS X Port. (DOWNLOAD)

Postby DJEmergency » 13 Nov 2014, 23:13

Hello,

For all those people that want a version to run on the Mac (without the need of bootcamp or some form of VM to run in) I created this. A version that runs on the Mac. :)

DOWNLOAD: http://www.mediafire.com/download/b39lcbinh3n843m/Onigiri+Installer.dmg

This game runs very well, but there are a few glitches that I couldn't fix properly. The main issue is that when you run the game in full screen, quit, and then run it on another monitor the screen size is all messed up. The only way to fix this at the moment is if you run it in a window first, close it, connect the other monitor, reopen it, and go into full screen mode. Other than that the game runs flawlessly.

If you're interested on using an xbox 360 controller with the game you should have no issues at all just make sure you download the appropriate drivers for it to work.

Mac OS X Xbox 360 Wired/Wireless drivers: https://github.com/d235j/360Controller

For those that use a mouse and keyboard and find the controller pop up annoying every time you want to play you can disable it in the settings to not ask you again. Other than the issues I described just make sure you post them here so that other members know what's going on and I'll try to see if I can fix them.

ENJOY!!!

I downloaded your port, and just as what happens when I try to use wine to download the game, after I log in I get a program deficiency in wine. How can this be avoided?

I apologize for the later reply. What Mac model/year/graphics card are you using?
