I have a question about "If possible to reset your stats?"

Is it possible to receive some item in the game that will reset my stats? I have some problem with them (messed up a little).
Is there such item now? Or i will have to pay by cash in order to get it?
I have been reading some topics on the forum, but all of them were kinda outdated (July of 2014, maybe something have changed, i don't know).

Yes when you complete the storyline in Kyoto then you will get 1 free stat reset, only other way is buy the reset item from the item mall.
