@Tihealy
you take a bow, put x3 poison rapid shot on it, have some chidori.. it appears and you start spamming the hell out of your skill.. with 0 cdr you can pretty much solo it
@DarkDeceiver, Goldaruma on higher level have more HP from what you encountered which had 150hp, in additional they have higher base stats which reflects on why damage is reduced significantly comparing to low level goldruma, so if you dealt approximately 50 damage per 2 poison rapid shot rank 2 on level 20-40 goldruma, on lvl 110 goldruma you deal about 30 for 3 shots from poison rapid shot rank 4, and it has 800 hp
overall the damage is seem to be fixed and affected mainly by goldrumas base stats later on higher levels
You can always tell when the goldruma escaped as he does a short jump and then just walks away and fades in 2-3 seconds
His appearance seem to be triggered by killing mobs or new wave spawn of the same room, so assuming the chances that are presented on the wiki are per mob kill and not just room overall
as in 1= 100% chance, Ginza management is 0.01, means 1% chance per mob kill/new wave spawn
(Example for new waves dungeons: Den of Karma 2nd floor first room, after killing the darumas a wave of skeletons appear... or Ginza Management 3rd hall like room where after passing about half of it will trigger a spawn of archers...)
The goldruma usually tries to fight(stun/beam) the player who got close, so having a party member pinning it down to a corner and standing in guard(shift) is a good way to lock him from escaping too fast, while the player guards even if stunned the guard will continue work and if goldruma jumps to beam right on that moment, it will be blocked and the player will most likely survive the beam.
my studies show:
you can solo hunt the goldruma being the only member of a party in the dungeonExample: Join afk party of 2+, and go to your level ranged dungeon, and start clearing all of it or parts of itdifficulty of the dungeon does not affect goldruma spawn in any wayExample: he can spawn on any difficulty with same % of chancethe exp is same no matter how many member in party or what difficulty or how many members are in the dungeon it selfExample: going to a dungeon in party of 3 on normal difficulty entering as the only member of the party in a dungeon, wont affect the exp even if you went as 5 man hell and all members present.Just as wiki says: party size affect how many goldrumas can spawn on 1 floor 3members = 1 per floor, 5members = 2 per floor
Lets say you're in Byakkou max goldrumas that can spawn are 4 as it has 2 floors.(npc room does not count)*I personally had top of 3 goldruma spawn in 1 dungeon run,
**never encountered any goldruma spawns in boss rooms even with minions
party member can be of any level, as long as your level matches the dungeon level circleExample: 4 members are level 115, and 5th member is level 15, the level 15 player can simply go to Den of Karma and farm the goldruma there, as long as non of the 115 member enter the dungeon, the goldruma will appearthe exp of the goldruma seems to be less than 1/5 of what the wiki says
example: the wiki says 10000 exp for Den of Karma goldruma, however a level 1 character will gain about 1900 clean exp for the kill[no boosts or dungeon completing factors included] in other words i squished every droplet of exp that it could provide by going as level 1 - on this regard my assumption that the exp on wiki is JP versionhope i didnt forget anything.. but ye.. thats how things seem to be(for now~)
also dont take my word as a fact, it might be different due to factors such as levels and dungeons and so on, aswell as all can be changed with updates...
1. if you want more details PM me (IGN same as forum name)
2. if you want to offer help in my studies you have to be around level 55 or 88
2.1 i cant kill with either of the characters i have.. so you have to be stronk to clear dungeons
2.2 my level 55 character does not have even 1 stat points distributed, so the studies with it reflected only in how much different my damage will be comparing to others
3. hunting goldruma with my lvl 88 char = i go with bow with 0cdr spamming skills as soon as goldruma spawns
3.1 considering that im the last healer alive in onigiri i literally can't do anything more than supply sp, heal, and rapid storm
3.2 taking 3.1 as a fact i have no dex either so i can't use same bow for kills much.. dealing tops 500 damage crits on edo mobs
