Is there a way to make Onigiri Window mode smaller than 1280 x 768?

I doubt there is(never found a way myself), but as far as i can tell(according to similar other games), even if you will be able to change the numbers in the file for example, it will still revert to the smallest/largest, since it was made this way to support the interface set sizes or something like that
if it wont revert than most likely your interface will be broken, as in - you wont see parts of it due to smaller resolution

Does anyone know how the rank 8+ skills work in the Jp version? As in, did they replace their gacha skill cards with higher rank skills? Are they found when identifying weapons with higher shizu.. doo they have some kind of item to up skill ranks? I doubt you'd have to evolve them via momotarou.. It would be nice to know if our skill cards are going to become worse when the next wave of skill ranks come out (and replace the current gachas) or something.

My monitor is not very big, so when I use window mode, the screen doesn't fit completely. I Can't see some of the bottom (so I would not see what I'm typying in the chat, for example).
