Appearing stuck upon login

It is established that the game is still in closed Beta, and so the correction is well placed, however.
I have also prior stated that I am experiencing this problem with the JP ver. as well.
The version might not even matter. This may be a universal, unsolved problem.

Well well ... one problem follows another.. now my launcher started.
This time it says "Failed to move update files. Try restarting the game." I did so and nothing happens -> the same error over and over again.

Make sure you're starting the game via "Run as Adminstrator". Each time I encountered this problem, this usually resolved it.
Another possible fix is running the repair function via the main installer after the game is installed.
If that doesn't work, try finding the game folder and deleting the "Dist" file. This worked for me once.


Also, referring back to this thread's original topic, has anyone found a fix for the situation depicted by the first picture on the first page?

I'm going to bump this topic considering that it's a problem that I'm /still/ dealing with, despite the full version now being released.

Taking from various posts on this topic, the symptoms are as follows:

1.We are/have been able to completely download the entire client, including the patch
2.When we try to log into the game, we are unable to do so, and we are stuck at the "Logging in" situation as posted by the OP. (Pic below)

May it be noted that this is an older picture of the same problem, specifically as encountered during the Beta.
If you would like a picture of the problem as it is occurring with the current client, please say so, and I will gladly take a screenshot.

Considering that this problem has been unresolved /since Beta/, which I personally believe should be the point at which /all/ problems should be resolved prior to release, I would like to (once more) request the assistance of someone in resolving this issue, preferably an admin of the forum.

If you need further information regarding the issue, I would be happy to provide my own personal system data.
Though, as I must admit, due to my inexperience in the acquisition of said data, I would also like a walk-through of said action. ^^"

I am also having the same problem. I have done most if not all the standard fixes and nothing has worked. It is my belief it is something to do with the login verification. My friend was able to login to my account, but I cannot login or register within the game client. Trying to register a new account ( with a different email) results in "registration timed out". My friend was also able to login while I was trying to connect, no "already logged in" message appeared or anything. It seems there is some block between me at the servers.

my fix : lowered the security settings of my WAN router to minimal.
It appears that the port range 51000-57000 that the game is using intersects with the port range of a p2p TCP port range (vuze). This is a problem because the security settings of my WAN router block this port range:

did you try exit it then restart the internet connection then open the game again i encounter this problem sometimes

I saw this game as an AD on Crunchyroll. It looked interesting so I downloaded it. That was two days ago and I still cannot play it. I have the exact same problem as the others on this thread, I try to log in and the please wait thing just stays there forever. I have left it for hours to see if it would work. Nothing. I tried typing obvious incorrect log on info, and I didn't even recieve and incorrect user/pass notification. Please find a fix... I really want to play...

bump this yet again, as this still happens, permanent loading screen followed by "an error as occured", unable to log main character and able to log and play a new one. Sometimes unable to log in as it stucks at the logging in.

When I go to log in it says logging in but stays there for hours and hours. I finally get fed up and exit out of the game. Can anyone help fix this. Please!!!!!!!!!!
