At what affection rank does Kaguya give the Fated Contractor Ornament?

And do I need to max my Ougi at rank V and get momotaru to level 20 affection to rank it? What is the fastest way to rank a skill? Spam it on weak enemies?

so as a Hunter(Bow User) can someone confirm that of power does affect attack speed

cause i see no difference at all

and it say in the wiki:

"P.Atk Spd per 10 Points"

"Players who prioritize damage may choose to add Power as a secondary stat as it also gives P. Atk Spd in addition to bonus Affinity to all physical weapons every 10 points"

The attack speed .. is it the lenght that from the start of a basic attack to the end of a basic attack, or when you release a spell(with the bow duh) and the time you hit the target, is reduced?

Yes, it affects your attack speed. If you count the number of frames it takes for you to do any attack or skill before and after adding a fair amount of power (Onigiri is 60 fps if you want to try), you'll see that you're completing attacks and skill faster than if you had no pow. The amount is small, so you're not going to see it unless you're used to counting frames or if you've added a lot.

I've tried getting this and no luck so far :/
I'm pretty sure it only drops there since it's a gold weapon so would probably be common if it could be found in a dungeon.

No idea, around Kaga maybe (Maxed)?

For V->VI, yes. If it's a skill you'll be using a lot, I'd suggest just using it while grinding xp. The amount of uses you need to max a V rank skill should be ~2.5k (+/- ~1k depending on your "Training essentials").
You can also try hitting the Chief Daruma while he's invincible, but it still takes so long. I'd suggest just doing this for the first few levels, if you want.
For Magatama, I'd suggest:
CD magatama
Idezumi Magatama(Crafted)(SP reduction)
and if you don't have any CD or SP problems, then...
P.Atk Spd

Sake also helps.
TLDR: I'd suggest just using the skill, unless it's meditation IV, I wouldn't suggest specifically lvling it at higher levels (unless it's really close to being maxed).

Not that I know of. I know some skills have a multihit factor but I don't know of any with flight.

How does Ougi Dance of Ice fare vs. Thunder Spirit Beast or Crimson Smash on a Sword?

Looking at the skill force makes one go, "OH MY GOSH" but it isn't multi hit like TSB or CS right?

Contemplating if it is worth it to add Dance of Ice on my End of Days star, instead of dual thunder beast 6, since I have 4 swords with dual thunder beast 6 already.
