[Solved]Stuck at loading

Company have the right to close down for Holiday just like 90% of american companies. if something went wrong while they are off then it no one fault really. they just compensate people like normal and really if the game is down then we just have to do something else

I'm not too familiar how american laws work and what rights companies have. But most private companies work at their own schedules as far as I know. Don't know too much about cyberstep so who knows, maybe you're right.

That is the law in the US... major holidays are days we dont work and if we do they pay us 1.5 some are 2x. as for japanese, New Years are big for them maybe even bigger than US

Hmmm, Well... ... in this case... maybe the server for Onigiri US is situated in the western part of NA, but the people who work within OnigiriUS are probably majoritarely Japanese, which make A LOT of sense ... guess i will give the benefit of the doubt... but once again, i hope they will increase christmas event for 1-2 more days

seem that you are right ... so my guess is they plannified an automatic switch, that would update teh launcher , but caused a bug and they all with their family .. well guess there is nothing we can do ... but i hope it,s finish soon .. i want my christmas set >.<
