[Solved]Stuck at loading

it is stated it that it has an update today but I dont know how long that usually take. I am sure it a bug but maybe something have to do with the client?

Even if there is a maintenance programmed, it's usually at 11:00 pm (PST) of that day, so it should be in 9-10 hours or so? If it is, then it's gonna fix this issue.
They probably had a bot to do that quick update job (related to the new years event letters) with a buggy algorithm...who knows.

That's what I get for logging off I guess.
Unfortunately this matter won't likely be resolved today.
If it is however magically fixed, then it will be tonight.
That's just what i'm guessing from experience though.

You have same problem as me here. After the login menu the loading screen is too long and finally get fatal error. Please anyone help to fix it.

Having the same issue. The JP version of the game works fine, I checked.
