Yes that's right , my accounts either got deleted or they just became pigeons and escaped from reality ;v
yesterday, I logged into my account with another computer and all my characters are gone. ; ~ ; And instead of showing me the character selection page, it showed me character creation page...
So are there any ways to get it back?? ; O ;...
Not been able to go on Onigiri for a day is like torture for me... It's really annoying physically and mentally. ; = ;

Lets hope you didn't share your account information with anyone.

You might want to email Cyberstep and explain to them what happened. If it was a third party that signed on and manually deleted your characters, I highly doubt Cyberstep would do anything. However, if it was a glitch or a bug on their part, I'm sure they'll somehow either restore your characters, or at the least, give you some sort of compensation. Good luck.

Also, if I make a new account and add my previous one's username, they said it's taken, you I guess, my characters are still somewhere out there alive ; w ;

Doesn't necessarily mean hacking. It could have been part of that whole maru sewer ceiling botting fiasco, if you were in their pt or anything.

& if you did give you info to a friend, he/she might have jacked your shet, & deleted your chars, & he/she could have remade those igns to make it seem like a bug. Some people are just fucked up like that. But then again, who knows, Don't trust anyone - 3 -. That's what I learned when I lent my Pokemon Red version in 2nd grade to a friend and he took all my pokemons and restarted the game and lied to me telling me it glitched. Motherasshole, I gave him a new face.
