Why Hello there !

Ok im gonna keep this short , so thing is after i passed Grotto i experienced Atrocious fps drops. im running any dungeon atm with 10-25 fps which isn't fun to play imo.

it's not my rig.
Rig Specs:
Quad 3.0ghz
8 DDR3
Random AMD HD 2GB VRAM

I was wondering if i could customize the game config or some files , without getting banned for modifying ?
What i mean with that is , Character details , Grass detail , decals , weapon details , mob detail , sky etc .

PS. i already set everything on low including the resolution and yes i also customized anything in the Control Panel.
Nothing i tried did help , would be great if someone could help me fixing this !

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

Check graphics drivers.

Try other games that have similar resource consumption.

Hi! I just started yesterday and am kinda new so I have a few questions to ask, hopefully experienced people who read this can provide me with answers and I appreciate answers of any kind as long as they're not derailing!
1) Are all sub-quests or just some of them worth doing? If yes to the latter then could I maybe get some hints for what the sub-quests might be or which region they are located at?
2) I heard there are premium skills in this game, are they difficult or an-absolute-must to obtain to be able to enjoy the game casually? If they are then can anybody suggest me a weapon using which will give me the easiest time enjoying the game casually without premium skills?

1) There are some sub-quests you would like to do as they may provide additional recipies and liquors, such as Chidori (Reduces Cooldown), from a quest in Kyoto.

2) Premium skills you mention are Ougis. If you intend to enjoy casually, ougis are not a MUST, but they would make it considerably easier. Classes such as swords and Twin swords are reliant on Ougis, especially late game.

But if you want to use normal skills to better effect, SPEARs are one of the best choices in that aspect. (ViT stat build)

Does latency affect blocking in this game? I just read some old posts and discovered that there is a Just Guard function (from a patchnote translated by Barnacle-san), I tested and it works but I have to hold my guard up for half-a-second before enemies' attacks and projectiles hit me so that the Just Guard can trigger. If I attempt to activate guard any later than that I take full damage and flinch (even though my character is in complete blocking stance), does that happen to everyone? Does that happen especially to you players who play outside of the US?

Not annoying as long as you don't make a thread for every question.

Latency affects blocking, but the JG system is functions in a weird manner in the first place. That is, sometimes, its much more forgiving than other times.

How to get the quest from the NPC "Lovestruck Girl Hachizu"?

Probably have to wait longer, or maybe there just isn't one. After giving a choco and recieving all the chocos, I still haven't had anything trigger from her.
