Imo its situational.
From what i can tell from using them Id say Eternal Thunder is a good for a very fast single hit AoE attack with the dmg being pretty good. Tidal wave is also good for large mobs and can deal pretty good amount of DPS but theres a small window when using it that you can get hit if you dont quickly dodge away after landing. Upending spear i havent really used enough to get a good idea about it, except to me the dmg seems pretty good but it eats dura really fast at lvl 5 eating 60 per use and lvl 6 eating 70 per use. As for ougi 1 ougi spirit blast errr.... im not a big fan of it tbh.. You have to be at a certain distance to hit a good amount of dmg but if youre barely within range you hit almost nothing. Altho imo i think its fairly decent for very big things like satan or even that big chunky boss of pipe 3(if ya know what it looks like). These are mainly based off my opinions from using and what other ppl told me so i may be wrong somewhere so dont take my word for it. As for the mags sorry no clue. xP

I'm having a problem talking to Shizuka. I can't identify my weapons.Every time I hover the cursor over, there is no speech bubble. What lvl does Shizuka need to identify weapon drops in Kyoto Dungeons. Please help, ive been using the oni dagger ever since, and im lvl 34.

Bruh, did you make sure you completed the quest all the way back in Onigaishima? She should have been able to ID weapons after training grounds.

Tidal wave falls off and becomes shit.

Spirit blast is better than eternal thunder in almost every situation. Spirit blast also benefits more off of common builds. Even hitting a small nnumber of pillars leads to much more damage than ET.

The earth spear thingy apparently does tonnes of damage, but can't confirm b/c quit spear before it was released.

tl;dr spirit blast best ougi by far out of the first 3, but have not compared it to ougi 4 so can't fully rule out the possibility of ougi 4 > ougi 1

Also, your magatama have to be farmed.

Are telling me you are lvl 34 made it to kyoto and have no idea how to travel between towns.........
