Tornado Shot bug

Its hard to explain the bug, but i'll try

This skill isn't so famous, because its new and you launch the arrow up, like the arrow rain, wich makes this skill not so used by most of players. But I have a bow with this skill, the damage and area effect of the skill is just insane.
The skill is basically a common arrow wich hits a target, creating a tornado hiting all the targets around.
Before the last maintance, this skill was working very well, killing mobs with a single shot, and then creating a tornado, killing almost everyone in my way. After this maintance, this skill started to fail a lot of times. When i hit the arrow in a mob, the tornado created after that, do no damage. I am getting really angry using this skill, and this dam tornado doing zero damage.
The damage of tornado only takes effect if i shoot the arrow on the ground, wich is really awfull.

wow am glad i'm not the only one, I wonder if they going to fix these =/
