The charge present has already been sent out and i'v seen people with it. Are you sure that you have charged either enough or on the right date 4/06~4/27. Some charge methods email you back, saying how much and on what date you charged it on or if you did offers and somehow got 500oc it should say your recent offers. And if you still sure u have purchased 500oc or did offers, email Cyberstep on your problem and they should be able to help you if you didn't get your charge present.

yes I did spend like over 50 dollars before that time and me and some friends of mine who also purchased didn't get the eyepatch either
