Tsuki Kouhen patch confirmed for this friday.

Maint will be a day later than usual (So technically CS lied and made the update in may instead of at the end of april, but whatever)

There will be details posted about the patch notes on thursday, so I'll get those to you guys then.

Note that the patch we're due is Tsuki Zenpen as oppossed to Tsuki Kouhen.

Today's patch is the continuation of the main story, Tsuki Kouhen.

As mentioned in the update preview, the level cap has finally been raised to Lv. 120!
Shizuka, Yoshitsune, Miroku, Ibaraki, Momotarou, Kaguya and Susanoo have their final friendship levels unlocked!

After using Senkuu Koutai (apparently vanguard swap in the EN server if you look in your UI) ends, and you switch back with Miyamoto Musashi, the weapon you had selected before the swap will now be selected once more.

Yoshitsune Upgrade: You will no longer be able to select the materials to sacrifice during weapon enhnacement before selecting the weapon that you would like to strengthen. (Translator's Note: This should mean that you will no longer accidentally sacrifice a higher +'d weapon by accident.)

When you mouse over a skill on your weapon, you will now get a small textbox describing it and displaying some additional information.


Minimum Weapon Affinity set to 0.



Bunch of bug fixes, nothing much else.

I guess we'll just have to wait for people to upload gameplay to learn much more about the new area.

Cosmic Break 2 collaboration event


Lunastasia makes her appearance in Onigashima



Get her Blue Moon Blade from her quest (Min Level 1..)

The event is basically next to useless. Apart from advertising CB2 as SupremeTentacle mentioned, the only benefit is a free odachi ougi 5 that can be extracted from the Blue Moon Blade.
Don't imagine EN will get this..

5/20 Patch

Lunastashia from CB2 can now be obtained as a partner. She works similarily to Miyamoto Musashi in the sense that you need to roll her in the nyankoropon, and she has some quests for you that give 2 free SP gacha tickets. Like Miyamoto Musashi, you can switch places and take control of her.

You can also edit her skills, and her max level is 100.

Like Miyamoto Musashi, she's limited time, and only available for a month, so get her while you can!

The Arc deathscythe punishment dungeon is temporarily back until the 28th

When energy is undergoes a full recovery. it can now go beyond your limit.
Ex. If you are at 2/10, then full recovery kicks in, you get 12/10.
Note that I have no clue when a full recovery happens. If someone who acutally plays on the JP server could shed some light on this, I'd be grateful.

If your status screen is open while a debuff is applied, it now shows the debuff tick in real time.

Bug Fixes
Fixed a bug where the cherry blossoms were still dropping (this event is over in jp).
Vanguard swap would cause one part of the friendship character's effects not to show. This was fixed.
Marunouchi pipe 3 had its wall collsion modified a bit.
Fixed a glitch where sometimes a skill slot other than the one you've chosen will glow.

Tired of people annoying the crap out of you with spammy personal messages?

Feel like Riftbola is getting 3stronk5u?

Well CS finally has a solution.... a blacklist!

You can access this list via the community tab. You can also add players to this list by clicking on them. Blacklisting is not permanent, and you can remove players from your blacklist at any point in time. Removal method is pretty simple, you right click their name on the list and hit remove.

As mentioned previously, Sheryl was removed.
You can keep all the Sheryl related shtuff that you have, but you can no longer obtain it. Milky holmes outfits can also no longer be sold to other players.

Some bugs about Oushuu Kaido and Magatama interaction were fixed. (Mostly related to Kaguya; crafting, etc)
Fixed a bug where durability was not consumed when wand SP was being charged.
Some UI stuff regarding cooldown, and a bugfix for 5k ryou boxes.

Nyankoropomf switches yada yada yada

--New Event!--



Caption: 梅雨特別イベント 雨乞い蛙とふれふれ坊主 / Tsuyu Tokubestsu Event Amagoikaeru to furefurebouzu
Rhythm's translation: A special event for the rainy season: African frog dances and cursing the gods until they piss. Lit. A rain prayer frog, and some voodoo doll that makes it rain

Two special NPCs will be found in Onigashima for a limited time only!

Let's call them weather dude and African rain dance slave. By speaking to them, you can get an event specific quest

There will be a limited time monster that you have to hunt, the rain dance frog (Amagoikaeru)

This frog will appear in fields and "Purification of Great Catastrophe" dungeons, and it should be easy to spot because it's raining around said frog.

Clearing the weather dude's quests gets you umbrellas, while clearing the african rain dance slave's quests gets you some super premium item~ You can only whip a slave once a day.


This event lasts from the 11th to the 25th.


There's also a new super difficult dungeon~ SUPER NYARUKO.

Her Space CQC powered up quite a bit, so be careful when you deal with her. She'll drop "Catastrophe balls". I have no clue what those are, but it sounds like it goes will with Satan's Odachi ;D



The public profile has also been added this patch. You can access it by going Menu -> my character -> profile

This function lets players inspect each others equipment, stats and clothes when enabled. You can right click people who've enabled this, and check them out by then clicking on profile.



Note that it's set to private by default.


Some bug fixes, nothing important.

Due to the barrier's collapse, the protagonists couldn't advance past Oushuu highway; they couldn't get to Mount Osore. So in order to get there, they flew to the moon to obtain the a magatama that would let them pass through.

After they put on the magatama, the protagonists advanced forward, only to have the Kamikui that they faced off against in Edo appear before them once more....

But, the Kamikui seemed strange, and enemies were pouring out of the surrounding forests and caves in hordes.



Just what happened when they heard that thunderous roar reverbrate throughout Mount Osore?
Is there any way for them stand against a Kamikui clad in insanity, the Lord of Cruelty?

Seems like they don't want to update anything here? Even Tw server almost keep up with Jp server. Why did we get stuck in Edo for so long? It's over half-year already, right? Does anyone have any idea why would we have to wait so long? What are they waiting for? What are they expecting from us?

One of the GM's told me that we'd be getting the patch on Tuesday. But... more recent news from another GM says that they can't even promise that we'll get it by the middle of July...

On the bright side, JP is getting quite a bit of stuffs.



Monsters will now give you more exp based on your level.


I'm sure you don't need me to translate this.


There's a few events... but none of those are really important, they're mostly charge events.

At the end of Oushuu Kaidou, the main characters were driven into a corner. What let them overcome this hurdle was the Oni's hidden power!



As they dragged themselves up from the ground, their bodies emitted a giant pillar of light that even tore the heavens asunder.

And the ones that emerged from those pillars were... saviors that resulted from the Oni's cries, the Goddess of Love - Venus and the immortal hero Siegfried!

This was their new power: Divine Possession.

The update is coming... June 25th 2015.

And... here we are still in Edo.
