onigiri xbox 1 advice or help

is there any way to buy OC's on the xbox 1 also be nice if we could transfer characters between consoles but then again i understand the differences netween X1 an PC. but yea just curious is there a way to buy OC's for the X1?

I don't have an X1, but can't you use your Microsoft Points to gain OC?
