Dragon wings and angel wings

Hey there!

I am a recently new player to Onigiri, been playing for about 3 weeks now and I'm wondering how you get the dragon wings or angel wings that some players have. I did a bit of looking around and people have said it's from a previous nyankoropon rotation. I've seen high levels such as 90+ having them which makes sense if it's from a previous rotation, however I've seen a level 46 with angel wings, and even a level 34 with them. Is there some quest for them I'm missing?

Just because they're lower level, doesn't mean they weren't around during the last rotation. I started playing Onigiri towards the end of that rotation so I missed out, which is a shame because I'd like those wings too. There are some players who don't have the time to play extensively, or else they play other games as well and devote less time here. All I can suggest is to keep an eye on the updates and Nyankoropon. They'll probably come back again at some point, so just wait it out. You'll probably need a lot of OC/Gacha Tickets though, unless you're insanely lucky and win them on the first roll. The best I've ever rolled is a Silver Jackpot, which gives you an Ougi Skill card. I've had that twice. Normally though I get Red (underwear) or green (Skill cards).
