How do you increase weapon grade?

I am aware players can increase weapon grade through Yoshitsune or weapon grade powder bought from nyankoropon with points. Other than these methods, are there any other ways of increasing weapon grade? Thanks

No, but if your Lady Shizuka is pretty high partener level, then you can get identified weapon with grade 100 or close to that.
