Highest level weapons

I just found out on wiki that best weapons in game are the rime, nova and storm weapons at level 115. For example, Icetailed Fafnir - Rime.

Is it possible to get the level 85 weapons that build up to these level 115, from Youen golden weapon hunt warding or do I have to kill some new boss?

You are going to need to kill gargoyle for those weapons. Which I believe still haven't been released yet.
