My main cleared Shinoda Normal earlier today. I'm gearing up for Mount Kurama, but my weapons are pretty shit at the moment.

I know boosts stack, but even so the Exp rate has definitely increased. I know it now. I ran Daiku Hell earlier (Sushi guy in Onigashima wanted Giant Cucumber so I went there) and earned about 7.5k Exp. Last time I earned that much I was around level 30. A few weeks ago I was in Kikaigahara area for Monster Cards, and even in Hell dungeons, mobs were giving me 1 exp and none to the pool. Now I'm getting 125 or so (62 in pool) per mob in Daiku. That never happened before. Once again I went up 9 levels today, with my main this time. It's gone crazy. If only I could level up my weapons and skills as quickly.

It's just fever. That's all.

I've gone from earning 1 Exp per mob in Daiku to ~125 per mob. If it was just the boost, I'd be getting 2 exp per mob in Daiku Even with additional boosts in place, that still wouldn't add up, and I'm pretty sure I haven't stacked my way to 12,500% Exp boost.

I know. I tried that one once. Well, I think most of us will probably try it even if we get told it doesn't work. All I know though, is that I seem to be earning more Exp than I can account for with any kind of boost. Whether it's a glitch or what, I don't know. Like I said, I'm not complaining, it's just an observation that I'd assumed was part of the update, but the general consensus is saying it's not the update. So... I don't know. Trying to figure it out is giving me a headache.

They did something with exp for low level players in Japan two or three months ago. I guess they finally added it in last patch without telling us. lol

I can't really remember, but I think I heard about a change to Exp earnings about 6-8 weeks ago that everyone seemed thrilled with. I don't know if maybe that came into effect and that's why I'm earning more. I think I'd finished collecting Monster Cards in Kikaigahara area about two or three days before hearing something about that. If that's the case then mystery solved. If not, I give up.

Ah you mean the Oushuu content update. With Oushuu's release, exp rates skyrocketed to the point where leeching was never easier.

So it *did* go up then. That might explain everything. I'd moved on to getting Monster Cards in Oosumi region when that update came along, so before then was when I was getting crap Exp. The other day was the first time I'd run a Kikaigahara dungeon for about two months or so, and I figured it was this latest update that made the change. Turns out it was an older one. Well, I guess that wraps up the mystery then.
