Oi. I'm not THAT lazy. I DID get it to 59 in the like 2 months I used it... I just sorta now... barely use it... whatsoever. Who am I kidding CFBS sucks on sword I never use it.
It takes a long time to get that skill rolling, but I like it all the same. It's got a fair bit of flair to it, I think. My Loli has that skill, though only at Rank V. I may be mistaken, but I think she has the most Ougi Skills out of all my characters. She has four, I think, and a spare Ougi Card (Set 1 or 2, can't remember which. It's got Fuujin Circle Dance on it if that's any help). Virtual Demon has 3 or 4, Midori has a card, the rest don't even have a card. Although Dancer Lancer has three Ougi Extraction Cards which may come in handy in the future. Maybe.
