Game Crash, can't access character anymore :/

My main character was in Kikaigahara hunting for sugarcane when my game crashed(due to me trying to do many things at once).

I loaded the game back on and chose my character. All went well until it tried to load, wherein it crashed again.

I created another character to see if the problem affected my account or my main character is the only one with the problem.

I was able to finish the tutorial then exit into Kikaigahara.

I then tried to go back to my main, wherein the game crashed again.

I have already submitted a ticket to the devs, but I was wondering if anyone here can offer advise or help regarding my situation(one of which is: never run anything else while playing online games). :/

I just encountered the same problem, only I was farming Dried Tongue in the Cave of Screams, and wasn't running anything else on my pc. No idea of how to fix, I already have the most up to date drivers.

Same here, my main character keep crashing when trying to enter the game, and my second character crashes when going to fight boss, but both have pick up the sugarcane.

Sugarcane in Kikaigahara? What? I've completed the Bestiary for the Kikaigahara area, nothing drops sugarcane. At any rate, I'm not sure what to advise about the bug. It might be that your computer can't handle the game, but I can't be certain about that. It sounds to me like it could be either an issue with your processor, the RAM or the Graphics Card, but I can't be 100% certain. You're better off asking Cyberstep about this. Be sure to send them your computer's specifications as well, so that they can rule out the obvious problems.

It was an old Halloween event from last year, that said, the only things that dropped the item 'sugarcane' (in the allotted time period) were the kamikui.
