Banned for Spending Money!

Hello there! I was a Onigiri Player with no issues at all! then during the week of 9/1/15 i was banned from Onigiri after i spent 80USD on the cash shop in-game. No other actions have ben taken about my account so i'm making this post.

I've spent money on this game before, so I'm not clear why spending more money is against the T&A.

Looking for help!


the pop-up says this. "ERR_01008 Service temorarily halted. Please try again in a little while."

this happened about 30 mins. after I made the transaction. My credit card shows that the money was withdrawn without any errors, and i have the back logs of paypal aswell.

when I try to log into the website using my account info it says that this account dose not exist.

so i had to make a new one. the account I want back is brandon_martinez@charter.net

Looking for admin help! I'd like to continue to play my account and spend more money on this game, but how can I while banned?

I've ben contacted by cyberstepUS but all they told me was, "We will do our best." ? Its ben a full week, and I'm 80.00$ short? sounds fair to me. I'm only going to give this issue just a little longer until i contact my bank and paypal about theft.

I'm rooting for you. I just spent $9.99 on 100 Coins on the PS4 version but never actually received the coins. Something shady going on about the way this company handles your money.
