Main reason nyankotopon partners are useful is because you can control them and spam their op skills that hit like a truck .

But my OP skills already hit like a Railgun, so what's the point in controlling someone else? How about they just make the standard partners that powerful? That'd make more sense. Why have two OP people and only one can fight at a time, when you could have TWO OP people who can BOTH fight simultaneously?

Oh boy I guess you really don't know C $..... If they made standard partners that powerful there would be no need for cash shop partners and they wouldn't be able to make $37392920263292862823629 of the people that actually roll the nuankoropon for these partners. Also their more likely to release partner buffing items through nyankoropon then actually buffing the partners or release them as cash shop partners and call them shizuka ver 2.5... well they already did that but still lol

There goes my hopes of seeing buffed up standard partners to use, I guess they still will be used for meatshields and oppai fanservice shounen (so far OP female cash partners with revealing clothes).

This aside,Hiraga Gennai looks promising like the other two, especially since she's the first Axe-type partner we get, when she comes here in.....can't count which future date ))

You get this quest from this momijima, after you finish the kyoto quest line. He's right beside the Seki portal.

He gives you a Gennai quest, and doing it nets you the bitch as a partner, or at least a summoning scroll for it. Everyone can get one! So make sure you do the god damn dungeon.

I mean, she's ugly, so I guess that's why.

You can get more summoning scrolls from the shopping plaza for 50 C each~

Buffed one of Sarutobi Sasuke's ougi so that it procs its passive more often. (LOL CS PLS)
Changed the way Chifuri's menu looks for warding selection.

Fixed a bug where people were getting the wrong ougi skill card when trying to extract "Ougi Mountain Dragon's Wind - Goku V" from swords.
Fixed a bug where some partners werne't appearing in the right areas after you finished specific story quests
Fixed a bug where the just guard animation wasn't playing properly
Fixed a bug where the substitute magatama NPC in the tsuki kouen part of the storyline was showing up where it shouldn't be.

Free partner, sure, might as well get it but are there any benefits to getting multiple partners? I may be wrong about a few things since I rolled for but never rolled Musashi, but my understanding is:

-There is some difference between the stats of the partners, but it's probably better to just choose the one you've put the most work into. I can't imagine there being much difference in AoE given the size of Musashi's who uses swords.
-Partner dies->use prayer crystal. No need for more partners.
-Partners all need to be charged separately (to swap) and the bar resets when you switch partner.

They have different uses.

I'm not too sure what Gennai's good for, but Musashi is specialized in mob clear.

Sasuke is more specialized at picking out a boss's weaknesses and beating the shit out of it.

Venus has really long range.

Siegfried is really flashy and has the most bullshit dash attack in the game.

I noticed you didn't mention Lunastsia nor have I seen gameplay of that particular partner. Is she THAT bad? I was really looking forward to getting her of all partners when Onigiri's second/third anniversary happens.

I honestly forgot she existed.

Personally, I find that the Odachi you get from her is more valuable than she is.

She does do quite a bit of damage, but personally, I believe Musashi plays much more smoothly. Furthermore, Luna has negative movement speed... which is just a pain in the butt. Compared to other partners, she also has very few unique skills.

Her attack range is really nice though.
