FPS issues are there because of bad optimization. As for the lag... if you don't live in California, you're gonna have like 200 ping cause the server sucks. :D

Not sure if this is a spoiler since you're meant to get it from the boss room, but...

Keep going through the doors until you see a door with a cat and a tiger (it's just after the lantern ghosts), then, go back and there should be a path on the left.

Hey guys, just a quick question about the cash shop.

So for the clothing in the cash shop's gacha, are they repeatable items? Or once I get it, I don't have to worry about getting multiples of it again? Basically increasing my chances for the one I actually want.

Oh and can you rearrange skills on a weapon?

You cannot get repeats.

Nope.

I had an issue with Juncture Aramitama:

- The recipe rewards from Juncture keep shuffling to another recipe reward instead of the promised one when you see the description page of the dungeon, and when entering and finishing upto floor 50 and so on. An example of this: at description page the promised recipe was Nothung, inside I instead got Kubisasumata recipe at floor 50 instead of the former. So my main issue is are the recipes meant to be shuffled before and after entry, or is it just another bug that still requires fixing (or not if aforementioned query is true indeed)? :|

Hi guys, new player here from PS4 version but I've been trying my best to read up on the game as much as possible, as well as checking lots of things on the wiki. However, I have some questions(quite lengthy, sorry), to ask of you guys if its not too much of a hassle.

1. I've pretty much mainly been solo playing, but I recently started to notice around Kyoto that the game heavily imply its better to play in a party. The thing with that is, I feel my dmg output simply won't be enough to join parties to get better drops and whatnot. Just how massive is the difference from solo play to party play?

2. Kind of in relation to question 1, I've been following a lot of guides here and tried doing some of the suggestions from the ideal lvling/farming thread. When I do get a bow, the skills are usually bad 95% of the time, is this due to solo playing?

3. I guess this one is also kind of in relation to question 2. Now, since I'm in Echigo, should I continue to work my way to Echigo Estate and just spend a lot of time there trying to farm Golden eyes then go from there? I can still solo most dungeons on Hell, but the time to solo them has definitely slowed down due to my horrible luck with weapons. I believe I still need 3 more levels on Susanoo affection before I can continue the story, so should I just try to farm from some earlier dungeons for weapons again? And if so, any recommendations?

4.I came across the room of rites farming method, but the daruma don't really seem to aggro correctly like was shown, and because of this, the method seems really inefficient due to trying to group them and lure the last daruma over the trap. Should I try a different dungeon? I was trying to farm some bow skill force magatama during login boost.

5. Should I get the earliest item gain boost title I can get?

6. I remember reading you can have a total of 3 titles, however, can you equip more than one at once? And if you can have multiple titles, is there a way to get rid of an previous one you no longer need/want?

7.I picked cautious at the start cause I intended to play bow and mage, but I quickly realized how bad hybrids can be early in the game, should I use my skill reset to go daring instead? Or should I just hold onto it? I'm full DEX, with a few points into MND.

8. I've mainly been reading through the Bow guide here, but I noticed on the table of contents thread, its listed as outdated. Just how outdated is the guide? There didn't seem to be any new one still so I'm clueless on what differences an updated guide would have over the outdated.

I apologize for all the wall-of-text questions, but I kinda wanted to go a bit in detail with the questions as I'm bad at asking them. I don't know if this helps any, but the PS4 version seems to be like vanilla onigiri for PC when it first released, at least I think? Smelting and whatnot doesn't really seem to be much cheaper like it is on PC currently, but sadly I have nothing to compare this with to confirm or not. You can't even buy bazaar stands( or are they free? Either way, there's no bazaar option atm)

This is the Q and A thread anyways. Ask away.

1. I've pretty much mainly been solo playing, but I recently started to notice around Kyoto that the game heavily imply its better to play in a party. The thing with that is, I feel my dmg output simply won't be enough to join parties to get better drops and whatnot. Just how massive is the difference from solo play to party play?

It's not that different. Most mobs gain slightly more max health (though not much more defense) and there's more of them. Bosses are very obviously much stronger in terms of both damage and health (though again, not much in terms of defense). If you're having trouble playing solo, you'll have trouble playing in a party (Unless you're being carried).

2. Kind of in relation to question 1, I've been following a lot of guides here and tried doing some of the suggestions from the ideal lvling/farming thread. When I do get a bow, the skills are usually bad 95% of the time, is this due to solo playing?

RNG. Nothing to do with solo or party play.

You typically farm weapons from one area until you can either +50 (If you don't have buttons) or +100 them before moving on to the next area.

Probably doing something wrong.

5. Should I get the earliest item gain boost title I can get?

Up to you. Affinity titles should be what you go for if you do not know what you're doing yet.

6. I remember reading you can have a total of 3 titles, however, can you equip more than one at once? And if you can have multiple titles, is there a way to get rid of an previous one you no longer need/want?

Completely wrong. You can only have one title at a time. Choosing another title will replace the one you currently have.

7.I picked cautious at the start cause I intended to play bow and mage, but I quickly realized how bad hybrids can be early in the game, should I use my skill reset to go daring instead? Or should I just hold onto it? I'm full DEX, with a few points into MND.

If you're full DEX with some MND, there's no point in using a reset. Just play purely bow and have 40 MND so you can use Rapid Storm (Staff Ougi) for the movespeed (Assuming you have it).

8. I've mainly been reading through the Bow guide here, but I noticed on the table of contents thread, its listed as outdated. Just how outdated is the guide? There didn't seem to be any new one still so I'm clueless on what differences an updated guide would have over the outdated.

Personally I think all the guides with the exception of like... 4 are silly and not very useful. Ask someone else about this one.

I don't know what the differences are nor am I interested in finding out. You'll have to ask someone else about this.

Adding some things.

It's probably your magatama. With bow, you should be able to manage with affinity magatama for a while and then start to need skill force magatama (around Kaga maybe? I didn't really join any parties in Sekigahara...)

2. Kind of in relation to question 1, I've been following a lot of guides here and tried doing some of the suggestions from the ideal lvling/farming thread. When I do get a bow, the skills are usually bad 95% of the time, is this due to solo playing?

RNG. Nothing to do with solo or party play.

If you mean low ranks, then you need to level Shizuka. If not, then it's just rng.

3. I guess this one is also kind of in relation to question 2. Now, since I'm in Echigo, should I continue to work my way to Echigo Estate and just spend a lot of time there trying to farm Golden eyes then go from there? Golden eyes are probably the best bow for a while. Especially with the dex bonus.

Probably doing something wrong.

Are they freezing? If so, you're triggering the trap too early. Luring the last daruma over the trap only needs to be done once so I'm not quite sure what you mean. About trying a different dungeon, if you can't infinitely respawn those daruma then it might be best to try another dungeon, but the rates are similar wherever you try -the only advantage of RoR is efficiency.

5. Should I get the earliest item gain boost title I can get?

Up to you. Affinity titles should be what you go for if you do not know what you're doing yet.

They do help a lot with farming magatama but not so much now that there's fever (I'm assuming consoles get these too).

6. I remember reading you can have a total of 3 titles, however, can you equip more than one at once? And if you can have multiple titles, is there a way to get rid of an previous one you no longer need/want?

Completely wrong. You can only have one title at a time. Choosing another title will replace the one you currently have.

You can't go wrong with skill force magatama. That probably won't change. I'd suggest just glancing over the skill suggestions and using what you like. The only things missing are probably Tornado Shot and Boulder Dash (iirc) and the some ougi skills (Amaya is probably one of the more important ones... I don't play bow, btw, used to...)

I apologize for all the wall-of-text questions, but I kinda wanted to go a bit in detail with the questions as I'm bad at asking them.
