Just adding this in since it sounds like you aren't aware of it, but... you get a free stat reset after the kyoto area (~lvl 40/50 depending on your levelling/story rate).

No, I know you get a free stat reset around that time. I just don't want to go in, place stats in unecessary places and have to wait that long just to freakin fix it.

Wand = Mage. Staff = Healer.

Onigiri's "defense" is the perfect guard system which reduces all damage to zero, consume no stamina, and negates CC effect while increasing the attack speed for a moment, allowing you to use one skill at a very fast animation.

As a wand user, you may not have perfect guard, but the key is to basically keep your distance and properly dodge when needed.

(As well as having someone else have the boss's attention).

Attack speed is more accurate in this case since Just Guard multiplies the total attack speed (including p. atk spd).
