I usually find parties in less than 10 minutes as well, like Rhythm said.

Because trying to get a party together in this game for things like Levinlance is a fuckin' chore (2-3 hour waits).

I find that parties usually form faster if:

• The party leader is a decent level
• Most other people in the party are a decent level (if the dungeon is hard)
• The party banner doesn't say
  -"Need Help"
  -"Need high level"
  -"I need this dungeon for 115 weapons, I'm level 80"
• The party banner actually says what dungeon and mode
• The party leader is not afk
• The party leader actually says something eg. "death scythe hell", "2 slots" etc. every now and then

Then again, I've only logged in to keep the login calendar recently, so idk what it's like now...

Yeah that sounds about right, or usually maybe most have got the weps they want or used up all their energy and hang around till they refill it. Sometimes it might have to do with certain member in the party since some might not do it if theres 1 to a few lvls that are not decent enough for parties. But idk thats my assumption.

Generally, Leviance parties, depending on mode, can be found under a minute in most cases.

Normal: if you're 100-ish, should have no issue.

Hard: 100+ with good weapons.

Hell: generally 110+'parties with ress staffs and correct elemental attacks.

- If I invest in fire/poison element (Fire Element +x/Poison Element +y), does it increase the damage of the fire/poison ticks as well when the target is immolated/poisoned?

- Bursting and Thunderblast Embers have different attack patterns for each weapon class? or is the attack pattern exact same for each weapons since the Ougi name is same, unlike Satan ougis?

Never bothered testing the dot damage since it's so insignificant anyways.

Garg ougis are the same for all weapon types.

Different Bazaars (with expiration dates) need to be used to sell recipes so you probably won't find something as specific as that by searching. If you ask around, someone may be willing to sell it. I don't really remember using that one but can't remember why...
Just some things to note:
-It's expensive (13k per portion)
-It makes you drunk fast

In answer to your question, there's no other way.
IIRC, you're playing the PS4 version so it may not be possible, but you can always sell it to yourself by glitching a bazaar.

It doesn't. The most notable example should be the infernal gargoyle weapons that come with fire +60.
